Friendly, clean, great service and quick I brought my car in for 65k maintenance and I showed up early. They came out and took me 40 minutes before appointment. They have me the estimate price and time of completion before leaving. Manny was great and kept me in the loop the entire time I waited on vehicle. Service was done early and car was washed. Spend $1500 for nothing I went to the service shop because the engine light was on. I also requested 75K maintenance and they suggested to change the tire, so I approved. They changed my tire-maintenance first, and then checked my engine. They found a problem of my engine and quoted for $4,430 additional charge. Who the xxxx in the world perform others when there is engine light on? Next time when you request a service to them, please request them in an order. They don't know which task is more important and must be performed before other tasks. Otherwise, they will do anything that cannot be redone first, so you have to pay. The service consultant was nice, but there is nothing he could do. More

No loaner car I reserved a loaner and it was not there when I went to drop off my car. I'd waited 10 days to make sure there would be a car while my audi leaked oil I reserved a loaner and it was not there when I went to drop off my car. Also the gal who handles the loaners was not really friendly. The overall service was not what i've grown to expect from audi.
