Not a satisfied customer We dropped the car off for routine service (oil change, rear brakes and recall item) upon picking up the car we noticed that the front passenger seat We dropped the car off for routine service (oil change, rear brakes and recall item) upon picking up the car we noticed that the front passenger seat was damaged, leather seat was burnt with a hole, I asked the Audi ( Joe Caffrey) service representative to come assess and take a look at the seat burns he said it looked like dried water, upon a closer look and sent back to the service department for cleaning it was observed to be burnt leather. The manager came over also to take take a look at it and said that he has seen this problem before with the seat heaters being enabled. We live in San Diego and have NEVER used our seat heaters. The manger took our VIN number and said that he would get back to us, we have NOT received a call back as of yet to see how the issue will be resolved. More

Everyone at the dealership was so nice and considerate of her. whenever I went there, I was happily greeted and welcomed by everyone, being addressed by name in many cases. Anthony was SO patient with my many questions after doing my extensive research on the S5 and competitor's cars. He helped me in every way possible, right down to helping me get accessories so that my dogs wouldn't tear up the back seats, for example. Fadi was so nice, and pleasant to work with, very professional, and Dan helped me choose the right extras for my car once I got it. I love my S5, and I love the people at this dealership.
