Very friendly and accommodating After initially asking in February for an A 4 Allroad, I was told by phone and email that I would be contacted as soon as one would be in stock. In September I got an email stating that „my search for an A 4 Allroad had expired“. After not getting an initial reply to an email to Audi San Diego, I complained to Audi USA. After that, service became excellent. Someone called me immediately (Robert Simmet), listened to my requests and concerns, offered and gave help very well. He found an A 4 to my specifications within a week. When picking up my car, everyone was again exemplary in friendliness, responsiveness and efficiency, both in sales (Mario, Robert) and financial (Dan). I can‘t remember what Patrick helped me with, but remember him as friendly and helpful as the others. So, after initial disappointment, my opinion of Audi San Diego is very positive. More
