Pleasant car purchase experience Overall a pleasant new car purchase experience. Sales people were friendly and not pushy. We agreed to price and value of trade-in fairly quickly. To improve the experience I would suggest that you create a dealer authored "starting manual". It should detail what are: myaudi, audi-connect, key user(s), the scratch code, myaudi app, and the various connections from phone to car for various purposes. These are incredibly confusing. The Audi car manual (Q3) is pretty bad and I have to constantly check details on the web/Youtube. I had to figure out by trial and error which driving styles turn off the auto start/stop. The downhill assist is still a mystery. Since you must have these questions (and more) over and over, why not create a FAQ complementary to the manual? More
