Replacement of Front Seat Covers Manny was phenomenal going to bat for us relative to spotting on the front seats that he could tell was not caused by us. Ultimately the lux Care folk Manny was phenomenal going to bat for us relative to spotting on the front seats that he could tell was not caused by us. Ultimately the lux Care folks picked up the tab. The process took over a month and we had a loaner car the whole time. Manny had our car detailed for us upon pick up and was a pleasure to work with. More

Worst experience in my life first complaint I have ever had The service was so poor and shady this will all have to be explained by phone or person from mistakes made in financing Not full disclosure of the ve The service was so poor and shady this will all have to be explained by phone or person from mistakes made in financing Not full disclosure of the vehicle history or any in housework that had been done and hidden from the Vehicle history or the fact that they allowed me to drive off the lot with expired tags to get a parking ticket weeks after the list goes on... to top it off with my vehicle being hit by a delivery truck on the lot and dealing with that inconvenience and now having a incident on the vehicle history along with many other Unprofessional mistakes made that were not to be expected from a dealership of this caliber my first clue should have been when i was told the vehicle had passed inspection and gone under reconditioning and before buying the car it had a bubble and split in the side wall of the front tire with the wire showing and that’s how they tried to sell me the car which was corrected after I pointed it out but everything has been down hill since More

Satisfied Brenton was my sales contact and he was very helpful from first text message to the conclusion of the transaction. Unfortunately his "desk manager ?" Brenton was my sales contact and he was very helpful from first text message to the conclusion of the transaction. Unfortunately his "desk manager ?" bumped up the price of my vehicle and it was not discovered by me until I was signing papers with Rosalina (not her fault). When she showed me the price I told her it was $500 less. She looked through the actual paperwork that Brenton gave her and she saw I was correct. She had to redo the paperwork. Additionally, someone before her set up the deal as if I were financing through them, even though Brenton knew I was paying for the vehicle with a check from my credit union. She had to redo the paperwork again. She was frustrated that someone dropped the ball before it got to her. As I do not know the "process" I did gather that two different people "touched" the paperwork after Brenton and before Rosalina. In summary, it all worked out and I got a great vehicle (SQ5) at the advertised price. Very happy with the car. More
