I then went in on Saturday, 11/1 to pick it up, writing a personal check in the pre-arranged transaction. The entire process took less than two hours. Lucas has been super responsive in the various times I have called or messaged him. Also a call out to Jose Ramirez, who pinch-hit for Lucas when I bought the car on Saturday. Seamless transition in helpfulness and cordialness. This included a tech briefing by Sean, the in-house "Technologist". What a nice touch and great perk to help get you on the road with that aspect already "dialed in". There were follow-up calls and emails from both Lucas and Jose after buying the car. Very nice. Writing this a week later, I went in today for a few minor things which needed attention on the car. I pre-arranged to meet Lucas and Nacho (Horacio) in the Service Dept. Again, the process was handled promptly, thoroughly and quickly. Net, net - there has been a consistent pattern here of great service and communication. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone. More
