Very Pleased Waiting room was comfortable with drinks and snacks,and quiet. Service personnel were friendly and responsive. Attentive service, no pressure sales, highly informative I received immediate attention when i entered the dealership. Coulda, would, shoulda Came in to buyout my 2016 lease, all of the prep work/discussions with Vanny were done prior to (or so I thought) as the entire evolution still took a Came in to buyout my 2016 lease, all of the prep work/discussions with Vanny were done prior to (or so I thought) as the entire evolution still took almost 3 hours (5:00 pm-7:50 pm - I missed out on my Mega Millions ticket that Friday). The initial loan rate given to me did not pan out due to the high miles on the car...I'm not sure how in a matter of ~2 weeks THAT made a difference as I can't add THAT many more miles from the time of preapproval...none of that wasn't thoroughly explained. Went with my bank instead which gave me the best monthly payment only to discover Audi Financial had more options for me for financing that could've been competitive, but the brass tax (monthly payment) was never given - was I supposed to figure that one out on my own?? I then found out, after sitting with Dan to do the paperwork, there was ANOTHER financing option but at that point it was too late. Now, I would like to think that this was a misstep on the financing side of the dealership because I don't want to think that Audi has stooped to these "bait & switch" sales/financing tactics. Bottom line, I'm still unsettled that I may have missed a better financing option due to a lack of planning & miscommunication by their finance folks OR maybe even a deal on a new Audi. But my biggest disappointment was not being properly compensated for my time and inconvenience (besides another Kirkland drink)...I just became a new Audi OWNER and I pissed away ~ 2 hours of my Friday evening to no fault of my own, you think something from the Audi gift shop would've crossed their minds - even a pen!! On a side note, Joe in service crushed it (as always)!! More
