Average Sales experience Wasn't the worst car buying experience nor was it the best. I knew exactly what I wanted. My sales person was responsive, but we barely spoke. There wasn't a lot of excitement in the experience. I didn't feel like I was buying into the brand and that's not good especially when you are buying the RS version of a car... At BMW when I bought an M3 the whole staff was high fiving me and telling me how awesome the car is. BMW had an expert explaining the features of their performance brand. Their manager greeted me and thanked me for the purchase, actually let me test drive the car for a week... If I had not purchased a lot of cars in my life I would have felt pretty bummed out. On the other hand the sale was relatively painless. More haggling than I wanted to do. Finance was great and I was only there for 3-4 hours. More
