Worth the wait I ordered my Audi in October, 2018. It was supposed to be ready in January, 2019, but production was delayed in Germany and I didn’t get my TTS Coupe I ordered my Audi in October, 2018. It was supposed to be ready in January, 2019, but production was delayed in Germany and I didn’t get my TTS Coupe until May. Having said that, Alex kept me in the loop through the entire process. When it finally came in, he did a great job of getting everything wrapped up and then spent an hour with me going over everything in the car, etc. He’s followed up a number of times since. My buying experience I called to speak with a sales person about a car I saw on the show room floor while over getting service a week prior. I asked for information regarding a Q5 from a sales person on the phone and didn’t receive a call back. Many hours later I then called and asked to speak with the sales manager and eventually received a call back from a different sales person. I bought my Q5 car from that person. During delivery of the car there was equipment missing. I am headed over today to pick those items up. I like my new car and the service department at this dealership is excellent. I like Audi vehicles and have owned them for over 20+ years. I was promised at the time of delivery I would receive my check on the excess cash in the purchase of $16,000 and I still haven’t received this. This was the most difficult purchase I have ever had. More

Truely outstanding experiance I have never had a bad experiance with the Audi Miramar service center. They truely try to take care of all your worries and needs with a smile. I was udated daily on the status of my car until completion. Car was a little dirty due to the rain overnight when I went to pick it up. I asked if they could run the car through the wash again. He allowed us to drive multiple used vehicles and had the knowledge of the cars which was great because my husband is a car guy and was able to talk back and forth with him. The purchase was very easy. We gave them our offer and what we could afford and they accepted. Before we left, our vehicle was washed, detailed and filled with gas. A great experience! More
