Great service! I needed to bring my car in for a 'recall campaign' repair. I was able to get an appointment for the day and time I wanted.. When I arrived, Brett w I needed to bring my car in for a 'recall campaign' repair. I was able to get an appointment for the day and time I wanted.. When I arrived, Brett was ready for me. I told him I would like to wait for the car, as I thought it would be about one hour. He told me probably an hour and a half. "Fine." It was done in an hour! He told me they had also done a brief inspection, and everything checked out. I rarely have to bring the car in, but when I do, I always look for Brett Van Gompel. He is the ultimate professional. Friendly, upfront, and honest!! While waiting for my car, I also looked at the new models in the showroom. I met Aaron Richardson. He's the one I will buy my next car from. Although he had another customer, he took the time to answer a question I had. No rush, no pressure. More

We just wanted to take a peek at a new model and he was cool giving us a full tour of the new Q8. We drove a demo and he even took us to offsite storage to see a color we were curious about. He was so nice and incredibly knowledgeable. In the end we fell in love with the car and bought it that day. The deal was seamless and drama free thanks to Fernando and the management team. We were late to a party and Dan got us through the finance office in snap. He asked the right questions and ensured we had just the right add ons and also gave some advice on future buying given our purchase history--really nice guy. Everybody we bumped into at dealership was so genuine and friendly--it's obvious that customer service is important to the Audi of SD team. More
