He is very informed of the features and specs of the cars and patiently walked us through every question we had. I would come back to see him again for my next car! Willie helped me out with extra parts and he went out of his way to make sure I got the new parts from the wearhouse, and that they fit the car perfectly. What great customer service! Dan was very helpful and didn’t make me feel pressured to buy beyond what I felt necessary, but still gave me enough value that I am thinking through my service needs thoroughly. Yes, you tend to pay a little more than the corner shop, but when you find the right service advisor I've always had my cars serviced at dealerships. Yes, you tend to pay a little more than the corner shop, but when you find the right service advisor and technicians that are trained and service one brand of vehicle, you can save in the long run. In some cases (like my most recent unfortunate experience, where the problem was not well defined, took an extended amount of time, and ended up being an expensive high-pressure pump replacement) having access too a "free" leaner car can be a money-saver. My highest rating for Brett (advisor) and Binan (lead technician) for their careful, caring work- both with me and my aging 2006 A4 3.2 Quattro. More
