We were late to a party and Dan got us through the finance office in snap. He asked the right questions and ensured we had just the right add ons and also gave some advice on future buying given our purchase history--really nice guy. He is very informed of the features and specs of the cars and patiently walked us through every question we had. I would come back to see him again for my next car! Willie helped me out with extra parts and he went out of his way to make sure I got the new parts from the wearhouse, and that they fit the car perfectly. What great customer service! Dan was very helpful and didn’t make me feel pressured to buy beyond what I felt necessary, but still gave me enough value that I am thinking through my service needs thoroughly.
