Took longer than stated, and no car loan Never told when to bring care in, and when arrived, long line, and no car loan. Took Lyft home. Fixed the following date. Called the service center many times, but could not get through. No one ever called me back, and then had to call the.next day and ask where my car was and then informed done. BAD SERVICE! More

I had a very nice test drive with Alex, during which he actually let me drive the car as I would have liked, which is not something I can say about ot I had a very nice test drive with Alex, during which he actually let me drive the car as I would have liked, which is not something I can say about other places I visited. He had a very well planned route to showcase the cars abilities and was very knowledgeable about its features. I visited the dealership three times before we finalized the deal, all of which I had to bring my little kids along. The staff was very friendly and helped keep them occupied while everything was going on. They had a good amount of inventory at all times and I was able to find the car I wanted and I believe I got a fair deal on it. Alex has followed up several times since to ensure I have figured out everything in the car and whether I need any help. More

Horrible service. I took my car in for some Audi recalls on my Q5. Brett had told me that the service would only take about a day. After two days, I called for the status on my vehicle, turns out it would be ready the following day. 3 days and on the third day I get a text after I'd already followed up myself. No communication whatsoever. Would have been nice if somebody would have told me that the baby car seat had to be damaged. This is the part that made me upset the most since I had my baby with me. And my other two daughters as well. Waiting an hour for my car because it was stuck behind another vehicle that they didn't have the keys for to move it. I opted not to get the car washed because I had to feed my children after the hour wait. So I am nowhere close to happy but these folks. More
