They could do better I am shocked Audi of North America let's them get away with their disorganization and lack luster customer service (at least that was my situation). Excellent Customer Service Recently brought in my A6 for a check engine light even though the problem had disappeared prior to my appointment date. They were able to give me a Recently brought in my A6 for a check engine light even though the problem had disappeared prior to my appointment date. They were able to give me a loaner car on a very busy holiday week, which was very convenient. Although the check engine warning was visible to them, they could not find any issues after performing numerous diagnostic checks. They even through in a free front plate frame, which I had requested. The communication at all levels was excellent. SD Audi hires extremely competent service reps with excellent people skills. Wish all dealerships were like this. Thank you . More
