One would think that buying a car during a pandemic would be a stressful occasion but Mario Gomes and the team at Audi San Diego made the experience a wonderful one regardless of circumstances. From the very beginning, Mario was as attentive and helpful as one could hope for. I was looking for a Certified Preowned car in a specific year, model and package (down to specific options) and after looking on the Audi USA website, I realized the combination I was looking for was not a common one. Mario was able to find a vehicle close to what I was looking for so that I could test drive it, and after that gave me regular updates on inventory. A short time later, he called to let me know he found the perfect car for me—and he had! The most difficult part of financing was actually dealing with my bank. The stories or experiences you may have heard or had in the past, sitting in the dealership for hours on end don’t at all resemble the quick and honest service at Audi San Diego. I know I’ll be in my car for years to come, but whenever I’m in the market again, I’ll be reaching out to Mario Gomes at Audi San Diego! More

Amy was very helpful took care of me when they were about to or just closed. Car was overheating and i was in a panic but she opened the doors got me in and ride(shuttle) home and A loaner car the very next to or just closed.
