When I got there @ 7:30 in the morning, I expect to get a car to go to work in but instead had to wait for 3 1/2 hours because I didn't want to pay for a Lyft or Uber to National City. Other than that, the facility is always clean and inviting so the stay wasn't so bad. And it's always nice to roam the car lot to check out what I'll be purchasing next :) More

What a relief to find out that it actually was ready when promised and looking great after a good wash and cleanup! While waiting for my car I paid a visit to my salesman, Don Bragg, who showed me that I was a valued customer and not just someone who he could forget about once he had made his sale. Since this was my first service visit I realize that it's not fair quite yet to proclaim how wonderful the dealership is but, if future visits are as satisfying, I will be very pleased that I chose to purchase my car from Audi San Diego.
