My breaks are squeaky and there is nothing they can do I am always very happy with the people at Audi San Diego...they have a great staff...the reason for 3 stars is that I'm frustrated with Audi USA in ge I am always very happy with the people at Audi San Diego...they have a great staff...the reason for 3 stars is that I'm frustrated with Audi USA in general because they have sold me a car with a faulty brake system. I am told there is no danger and when I need my pads and rotors changes, I do so and take care of my car as I should diligently so that it will last me for miles. Yet, my car's break squeak ad squeal to the point of embarrassment. Especially at low speeds, and I find people staring. I have the top of the line 2017 Q7, and everywhere I go- especially nicer luxury country clubs and restaurants, I am embarrassed to be making such noise. I have been dealing with this since I bought the car in August 2018. I was told by several different service managers that I should contact Audi USA with my problem to see if they can resolve it. I called them 3 weeks ago and have yet to hear back...I have a case number, but no follow up. I am not planning to buy another Audi again if this issue does not get resolved quickly. I thought Audi cared about its customers and I am quickly learning that this may not be the case. More
