Emergency Service I want to thank George for his help getting me into service last minute during my trip to San Diego. I brought in my RS5 due to sluggish and hesitation during my drive to San Diego. At first I thought I fueled up with bad gas(Arizona is notorious for bad gas). After checking the car over it was determined that there was a factory code that needed to be reset. It is really disappointing that Audi doesn't cover these resets but instead charges customers. If I had been local I know my local dealership would've taken care of the issue. The other issue I experienced was that while I was at the dealership looking at vehicles at no time did anyone approach me to see if I needed assistance. Not only do I own two Audi's currently, I'm in the market for an RS7 or R8. I guess I will continue my search in another dealership that values my business. More
