Making appointment for service They make it impossible to get a loaner car when you call and make appointment for the service. The day before my appointment they called me and left me a message that they cannot provide me with a loaner, if I want to reschedule my appointment? No apologies for inconvenience. I called them back , after maybe two hours of calling back and forth they agreed to give me a loaner. As a professional person working full time don’t have time for this. when I call I like to be treated professionally. The person who answer the phone should not bring her personal issues to work. As a practice owner I felt I need to share it with you. I did speak to service manager, he was very friendly. BTW my service advisor was very helpful and professional. But as a business owner I always believe the first contact can make or break your business. More

Oil Change My service advisor Joe was very good. Where the service experience went bad was with the guy who was supposed to get my car. After waiting 10 to 15 My service advisor Joe was very good. Where the service experience went bad was with the guy who was supposed to get my car. After waiting 10 to 15 minutes after I was told my car was being brought up, I went to speak to the guy at the standing desk under the outside carport. When I spoke with him, he looked at me, looked back at his phone, started texting, started talking to his phone. This went on for about a minute in which time he never said a word to me or looked up from his phone. I left him to his rudeness, waited a bit longer, and then went back and checked with Joe. At that point, multiple advisors and maybe a manager started helping me. I'm not looking forward to my next oil change which I have to do because I bought the package with my car. More
