Mediocre I’ve never been impressed with this place. From the people that answer the phones to everyone I’ve dealt with, just mediocre. I deal with customers all day, every day so I am acutely aware of what it takes to work with people. Here, I feel like they are going through the motions but really don’t care much in general. I missed my chance to review them last time because I was waiting for some follow-up (that never occurred). By the time I was ready to do the review, it had “expired.” They also never have a loaner car for me. I’m not sure if that’s the case for everyone or if I’m not spending enough to “qualify.” They do provide a paid Uber, which is very much appreciated. Lastly, it’s way too expensive to have Audi work on your car (not just this location). There have been many recalls (one now pending), so I have no choice but to go there. This is my first (and last) Audi purchase. More
