Awesome Service Audi San Diego was amazing!! I had some scheduled maintenance on my A6 and their team was thorough, effecient, and communicated with me. They check Audi San Diego was amazing!! They checked all warranty issues while they had the vehicle and completed all warranty work quickly. They offered me a loaner car while they completed the work so I was not inconvenienced. Seriously $15.00 in fuel charges for the loaner! Better than Escondido but last Audi I will own. Excellent service with a smile! Manny provided excellent service from the moment I first talked with him to the moment I left. When I got there Manny was prepared and had all my paperwork ready. As there were no loaner cars available, he called a shuttle service for me. He was prompt in calling me to let fill me in on what my car needed. Since I didn't have a car, he also sent a shuttle service to pick me up. When I arrived Manny was on the phone with another customer so Damien immediately stepped in and took excellent care of me. Manny already had everything ready to go and my car was already up front waiting for me. Excellent service and very friendly. Thank you!!! More

Better than expected It was my first time dropping my A5 off for service. I made an 7am appt. Not sure what I was expecting, but I assumed there would have a lot of waitin It was my first time dropping my A5 off for service. I made an 7am appt. Not sure what I was expecting, but I assumed there would have a lot of waiting around. However I was completely wrong. From the moment the service center opened at 7, Jerald Camacho came out to greet me and introduce himself. He took me right in had me checked and out the door with a loaner. I was in my office 20 mins later. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and asking if I needed assistance. This was refreshing as most other service providers try to not make eye contact. I had a terrific experience for my first car service. Jerald was fantastic, he made my Audi service experience incredibly pleasant and easy as possible. I will be sure to request him in the future! More
