Fantastic Experience This was my first time buying a car. I had been to several other dealerships who seemed very unimpressive almost like they were trying to scam me for This was my first time buying a car. Excellent service with a smile! Manny provided excellent service from the moment I first talked with him to the moment I left. When I got there Manny was prepared and had all my paperwork ready. As there were no loaner cars available, he called a shuttle service for me. He was prompt in calling me to let fill me in on what my car needed. Since I didn't have a car, he also sent a shuttle service to pick me up. When I arrived Manny was on the phone with another customer so Damien immediately stepped in and took excellent care of me. Manny already had everything ready to go and my car was already up front waiting for me. Excellent service and very friendly. Thank you!!! More

Routine maintenance - 40,000 miles San Diego Audi has excellent customer service. Damion is always so professional and personable. Scott and the other employees are also helpful.
