Damian is amazing! My engine light came on two hours after picking up the car from getting serviced (leaking coolant and 40K check up). Damian was so empathetic, he sent My engine light came on two hours after picking up the car from getting serviced (leaking coolant and 40K check up). Damian was so empathetic, he sent someone to deliver a loaner car and pick up my car the following day. He called daily to let me know the status of the car, and then arranged delivery of my car and pick up of the loaner so that I wouldn't have to trek back to the dealership after just having been there. SOOOO grateful! More

They credited the charge but I was told by Service that tire rotation is not part of maintenace. This just made me “SMH”. A shocker. More
