When I found this car I sent in a query and I.J. got back to me and 30 days later I am a new Audi owner. I think I.J. knew that the car sells itself and all he had to do was be there with answers to my questions. I also was very impressed with Heike's walking me through the mountain of paperwork in the finance department. She was very helpful in helping me find the best long term options. It worked out very well and I couldn't be happier with her assistance. While I am still recovering from carpel tunnel signature syndrome to which Audi had no solution, actually the syndrome vanished when my hands gripped the steering wheel and drove off the lot! While I'm sure there were many other customers who were looking to buy brand new Audis (and thus a larger commission) I was treated with attention and respect the entire time! I was with I.J. Feinman and he was extremely helpful. He didn't rush or pressure me into anything and he helped me work through some initial confusion with the car's sounds system, a mix up with a check, and a few other things. I was able to purchase the car for exactly the Kelley Blue Book Fair Purchase Price and I walked away very happy. I will definitely be keeping I.J. in mind when I am ready to upgrade in a few years. Everyone else was very helpful as well, and one employee even came to show me his Mini Cooper and talk about why he thought they were great cars. They also detailed, washed, and filled my tank before I drove off the lot which was above and beyond! Overall, attentive service and fair prices will make me recommend Audi SD to anyone looking to purchase a car in their inventory. More
