I later bought a car at the dealership simply because of that experience and he has always taken care of servicing the car. He is simply the best.....there was even an occasion when he referred me to an auto body shop and they took great care of me because they knew George sent me over. He is very knowledgeable and always has his A game. I have owned Audis for years and he is by for at the best service technician I have ever dealt with. More
Amazing experience! I had been casually shopping for a new vehicle for months (internet searches and “window shopping” on the road), and finally stopped into Audi San Die I had been casually shopping for a new vehicle for months (internet searches and “window shopping” on the road), and finally stopped into Audi San Diego after test driving another vehicle nearby. Since we stopped by on a whim, and near their closing time, I was pleasantly surprised with our first experience at Audi San Diego. We were greeted promptly on the lot by Don Bragg, and he thoroughly went over the features of the Q5 with me. I was impressed with the vehicle features, but once Don invited me to test drive it, I fell in love. Having just test drove a similar vehicle (in size and price) at the dealership next door, the luxury and power of the Audi Q5 was especially pronounced and apparent. After our quick spin around the neighborhood, we briefly discussed numbers and options, and I left feeling a bit dazed because I had NOT expected to love the Q5 so much! In the following two weeks, I stayed in contact with Don via email, and he kept me updated with the models/options he had available. He was always very thorough with his explanations in a non-rushed, patient manner. When I was ready to pull the trigger, Don accommodated me by meeting with me on his day off, and as they say, the rest is history. While the experience of purchasing a car is a bit overwhelming and stressful (it’s not every day you oblige to this type of financial commitment!), Don made me feel quite calm. It is important to note that I left the lot knowing he gave me a great deal on a beautiful, perfect-for-me Q5. It is always a reassuring feeling to know you haven’t overpaid! The paperwork process was easy, and the finance manager, Jamie Gabriel, was pleasant and friendly. Her enthusiasm for my new purchase and adventure was contagious and very exciting! I’m ecstatic about my new, pretty Audi Q5, and I would recommend Audi San Diego and its amazing team to any of my friends. More

Greg Clifford, General Sales Manager of Audi San Diego has helped us on every one of our purchases. The quality of service he provides, attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. I can honestly say that there is nobody else I would ever go to for an Audi purchase. As always we were treated like VIP clients. Our sales associate Don Bragg greeted us as soon as we walked into the dealership. He immediately welcomed us and found out our needs. I had an pretty good idea of what car I was thinking of getting but had some questions regarding some of the other models and options. Don was extremely knowledgeable of the brand and the features of all of the cars and provided many options to fit my needs. When it was time to figure out payment options, Mr. Clifford provided me with many different financing scenarios and I truly felt he was looking out for my best interest. When it was time to sign paperwork we were escorted to finance where Rosalina Caballero greeted us. She was warm and welcoming. Even though we have purchased many cars, she took the time to explain the contracts and offer some protection options for my new vehicle. Bought a new Q3 on Christmas Eve 2016 - Terrible experience On Christmas Eve I went in and bought a new Q3. My first experience buying an Audi. I love the car but the staff lacked professionalism and integrity. On Christmas Eve I went in and bought a new Q3. My first experience buying an Audi. I love the car but the staff lacked professionalism and integrity. I was told one thing and provided with another. For example I test drove a car then was provided with another. The new car I purchased had the same details and price but had been previously loaned out. There was a Borrower's agreement in the glove compartment. When I asked about it they got nervous but returned to say the agreement should not have been in the glove compartment. The MSRP that followed me to finance was the wrong one with the wrong VIN. The car I bought had 130 miles more than the 11 miles on the car I test drove. The sales rep Ray Poota was rude. When I asked about the miles he said "What do you want me to do roll the miles back" Totally illegal! When I talked to the GM Greg of course he said he would talk to Ray about it but I didn't feel he truly was interested in what I had to say. I bought Gap insurance because I was told I could only buy at the time of signing but was told I could research and cancel. I notified Finance I wanted to cancel after speaking with my own insurance (within a day) and of course when I returned to the dealership that was no longer and option and we stayed 2 hours to stand our ground to get the 700 dollars back. Once they sold the car to me I felt they could careless how they did it. Fortunately memorializing the entire incident they agreed to return the 700 dollars on the gap insurance but the "car borrowed agreement" and Ray the disrespectful sales rep I just have to live with. I wish you the best in finding a new car, my recommendation would be to go elsewhere and get everything in writing. More

(Christmas Eve) Without the intention of purchasing a vehicle since we live 150 miles away, Aimal Abawi provided us with an excellent buying experience at the dealership. Aimal who is an excellent sales rep made sure we were happy with the car without any pressure. When it came down to the numbers, we were given a great deal we could not refuse. Aimal is very positive, enthusiastic, friendly, helpful, patient, knowledgeable, very down to earth and honest. We have the highest regard for Aimal's customer service skills.
