Unprofessional Audi SD use to be have a good service department, but currently they are going thru changes, which has affected the quality of service repair. Every time I took my car in for routine service & minor repairs, it came back with a new & different problem. The service rep appointed to me is Manny. I didn't trust him from the first interaction & didn't want to work with him. It has been a nightmare working with him. Audi SD does try to protect their employees, even if they blatantly lie, and are obviously in the wrong. More
