While there was a waiting period to get in touch with my husband, he did not make me feel rushed. He came in on a day he had off to finish my paperwork. He followed up afterwards. He was also very professional explained everything in detail. I would refer people to work with Lucas K. . I have to also mention Bill Perk. He was excellent as well. He had a very easy going personality. Was not very pushy but more informative on what other services they offered. Because of this, I felt comfortable getting more protection for my car in the future. He was very flexible with my schedule and circumstances I was in and I am very thankful for his easy and kind nature too. Once we reached a fair price, Ray promised to have the car ready so that my wife and I could be at the dealership early in the morning to complete the transaction before a work function she had to attend. Bills Perks in finance ran us through the monotonous task quickly and managed to get a few laughs out of us early on a weekend morning. The test drive, document signing, and vehicle delivery were completed in about two hours. Our experience with Ray and Bill at Audi San Diego was truly exceptional. More

Adolfo or "A.J." was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and friendly. A pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone interested in an Audi. He truly loves the brand and it shows. He even took additional time after I purchased the car to show me how to use the tiptronic shifting, program the bluetooth, etc. The manger there was able to match the price of my trade from another dealership right away which was also really appreciated. Bill was helpful and friendly as well during the finance process. This will be my go to dealership moving forward. More

Rosalina was able to clearly walk me through the paperwork as this was my first such transaction since moving to the US. At different occasions, I've had exceptional service from George, Jack and Josh. Lately I have been experiencing hiccups with my car and have had to call roadside assistance a few times to help me bring it in to the dealership. On the 16th of September, in my panic to make it before the service department closed, Jack Myers went out of his way to make sure that I was able to get a loaner vehicle when roadside assistance eventually arrived, especially because I knew that I would get to the dealership after the service department had closed for the day. That gave me a huge sense of relief because I had my son with me and I was trying not to panic. I returned my car for further work and Josh was able to take care of me when I came in on September 26.
