Need to be more friendly The sales team wanted the customer to be "VERY" specific on what car they want to look at. This makes it hard for the customer to decide on the spot. Just for this reason, I had to head home & come back the next day. There is a fat chance that the customer might be looking to buy an expensive model but ends up buying a lower-trim/package car with his minimal knowledge in Audi. Luckily the next day, Brent Drake was able to help me with all the details he could provide. He was very professional & friendly (which is what I would expect from anyone from the Sales team). I would definitely recommend Brent to anyone whom I know in my circle. Overall it was a good experience. More
