Service appointment was missed twice. Overall experience was just fair because my service appointment was missed twice. I had to call the service center to make another appointment. But I do understand that during the pandemic, the center is understaffed. So i think they did make an effort to service my appointment. If the center was not able to take on so many appointments at twice, they should not have booked so many on the schedule. More

Service on my Audi Audi did a 65,000 mile service on my audi. They offered a few "extra" items such as rotate my tires, however i declined due to the excess cost of $ 1 Audi did a 65,000 mile service on my audi. They offered a few "extra" items such as rotate my tires, however i declined due to the excess cost of $ 119 or more. They did find another issue but wanted a price that i considered very excessive of $ 1,645.00 to repair. The extreme overcharge of service fees is why i probably will not come back for any future service on my Audi. my 2013 Audi has very low mileage and the few times i have brought it in, there is always "additional work recommended" which exceeds $ 1500.00. Also. when my car was in the dealership, they caused a dent in the driver side wheel well. They took full responsibility for this and had my vehicle repaired at no cost to me. I appreciated that i did not have to fight for the repair as it clearly happened at your shop. The service man George was very nice, courteous and attentive to my needs and questions. I rate my experience with him much more than my experience with my repairs. More

Wizard of a Sales Guy Kind and friendly no-pressure sales associate, we could tell he really likes his job and likes people. Got us in and out in a day despite having forg Kind and friendly no-pressure sales associate, we could tell he really likes his job and likes people. Got us in and out in a day despite having forgot insurance card and having an unexpired lease on current vehicle. I know he was working with some other people as well, but it never felt like it. We got the car we were looking for at (almost) the price we wanted. He even stuck a bow on the new vehicle and took a picture of us with it. Gave his cell number in case we had problems. Also felt comfortable buying this certified pre-owned Audi. Finance guy was a whiz too, super quick and friendly despite it being the end of a long day and the end of the month. Just wish I'd waited another month, we probably could have gotten a better deal than in February ;-). More
