Audi went over and beyond during this hard time to assist. Everything was amazing. I only gave 4 out of 5 stars because I was sadden my vehicle did not get a complimentary car wash. For the second time the mechanic leaves certain things wrong for me, the first time I left the head packing wrong and there was a need to bring the car back, in this last time I bring the A8 for a damage wrong for me, the first time I left the head packing wrong and there was a need to bring the car back, in this last time I bring the A8 for a damage in the air conditioning an the mechanic damage the reverse sensor switch, so I think the next time I am going to take the car to HOEHN.
