Went the extra mile I was just in for a service bulletin repair. The intake person explained the issue with the fuel pump part, and, when the service was complete, Manny I was just in for a service bulletin repair. Very professional I also need to report on something unrelated to this visit: When at the mall, my trunk lid suddenly wouldn't close. I called Kevin, my go-to service guy, and asked him what I should do. He promptly got the part - and drove out with Manny (repair) and replaced it on the spot in the mall parking lot! In the meantime, I was on the phone with Manny Gastelum, as I have an extended warranty and wanted to know if it would be covered. He promised to look into it, and called me this morning to say that the replacement is covered! I saved a TON of time and money not hiring a tow truck, bringing the car to the dealership, waiting for the repair, etc. Greatly appreciated! More

Joe greeted me at the service drive-thru and walked me inside. He was an absolute pleasure throughout the check in process and helped me get a rental for the day so I did not have to wait at the dealership. When I picked up my car Joe had made sure that all of my issues had been taken care of and even drove my car to detail to get some sticky substance off my window (that I was unable to get off myself). Last, another gentlemen, Parker Lemus, helped put some pretty new Audi San Diego license plates on my car, which was just beyond what I had expected. Both employees were very kind, professional and customer service forward. Audi is very lucky to have them! I will definitely bring my car back to Audi San Diego! More
