George Gushulak is the only reason you need to go. Spending only summers in La Jolla, most of my car servicing is done in Los Angeles. He's completely honest with the condition of my car and really went the extra mile to see if we could find a solution to the latest problem. He's the reason I'll be back (although they might want to hire another person for the loaner desk - that can be a painful wait). More

A long pick up George was great. He called and told me my vehicle was ready. I showed up an hour later to pick up the car. George called the tag number over the radi George was great. I spent the next 35mins waiting for the car to be brought up. When it finally showed up, it was full of water spots all over the car. 35mins for a crappy wash. I would rather they didn't spend all that time just to haphazardly wash my car. I left the dealership and still had to get the car washed. Anything that is worth doing, is worth doing right. More

Service appointment I made an appointment for service and at that time I requested a loaner vehicle. I arrived in service, greeted promptly and shown the way to my servic I made an appointment for service and at that time I requested a loaner vehicle. I arrived in service, greeted promptly and shown the way to my service writer and waited for a couple of minutes as he was finishing with another customer. I told the service writer who I was and had an appointment for 20,000 mile service with a loaner car reserved for me, at that time he chuckled and I should have been there about 7:10 A.M. because loaners were gone by that time. Went to the loaner desk and was told I would be the next person when a vehicle is returned, probably 25-30mins. I walked around the store a little headed back to the loaner desk as a gentleman was being taken to his loaner and told it was just a few more minutes as it was brought up. About 45 minutes from the time I talked to the service writer I was driving out. I called around 3:30 to see if the vehicle was ready and it took a few minutes when I was told yes and at that time coming from Clairemont area traffic is really starting jam up coming north, he apologized because of network shutting down he was trying to "catch up", if I hadn't called would I still be waiting for a call? More

It was a very nice experience, from the time I made the appointment on line, to the arrival to the dealership I took my SQ5 for its first service... It was a very nice experience, from the time I made the appointment on line, to the arrival to the dealership and to the time I left. Their new lobby is ready, I guess just waiting for the furniture to arrive, however, there was plenty of areas to sit comfortably, including their old lobby which is full of snacks and drinks. My car feels just like it did one year ago, when I first bought it. Damian was a great guy, went the extra mile to provide the best service. More
