Worst experience I was given a quote for almost $17000 for the repair of my 2011 Audi S5, which is more than the value of the car. Of course I was not going to spend t I was given a quote for almost $17000 for the repair of my 2011 Audi S5, which is more than the value of the car. Of course I was not going to spend that insane amount on the older car. Not only did they charge me $150 for the diagnostics, they did not bother to wash the car, which they said they do for all the vehicles. When I talked to the Manager (Russ) asking if there are any alternatives for the repairs, especially there was a lawsuit for this particular issues, he simply said to contact the Audi consumers affairs, This was my first Audi experience at this location, and definitely the last one. I had my car worked at Audi Bellevue, WA, and those folks were far better than people working here! More

Transmission Repair I noticed my vehicle was leaking transmission fluid so I called to see if I could bring my car in the same day. They were able to complete the repairs within a few days and get my vehicle back to me in a timely manner. I've worked with Manny almost every visit and he has been such a great service advisor since I bought my vehicle. More
