Used to be awesome Getting an appointment was easy, I received a reminder . I dropped off my car the day and hour of my appointment, nobody received my car so I went in Getting an appointment was easy, I received a reminder . I dropped off my car the day and hour of my appointment, nobody received my car so I went inside and waited for a service consultant . Service consultant was polite just enough , it was Friday and he told my car will be ready at the end of the day , I said I’ll pick it up next day so I won’t deal with Friday traffic , he said “ I’ll text you when is ready “. Of course Friday never received a text message but either on Saturday, around noon I went to pick up my car ... but before I called the service consultant , I was sent to the voicemail because he was not on service for the weekend (why he said he will text then ) , I arrived to pick up my car and I paid and I wait for my car like 15 until a service consultant noticed I was waiting for so long, he went to look for my car and it took another 10 or 15 min and he finally arrived but didn’t bother to explain why the delay or even to say I’m sorry , when I’m going to start my engine I notice the fob is incomplete , I told him and he said is in the middle , he says they always do that and I told him that it’s the first time I receive my keys like that . Good point was the oil change was less expensive than I was told but it used to be awesome service with people smiling and kinder .., Oh well ... More

No follow up from service writer. Had to call 3 times to get status and the phone system is terrible. When I finally got the information and came in the person in the yard was very rude an short with me You can't park here, move the car!!!! He could have said it different, showing me where to park. Horacio Mireles was the person who took care of me when we came in, he is very professional and courteous and made up for some of the "unprofessional or lack of service" I had experienced. Based on this I will continue to be a customer at Audi San Diego. But will request that Horacio will be the person taking care of us at your facility. More

Unreachable Customer Service Dept My car needed it’s annual service. Even though I was not provided a loaner car, they still did not complete the service in the same day. The customer My car needed it’s annual service. Even though I was not provided a loaner car, they still did not complete the service in the same day. The customer service representative that they assigned me to was out the next day. I didn’t get any updates on the status of my car. I tried calling every phone number listed for Audi Service Center and all lead me to voicemail. Finally someone in sales got me connected to someone, but after that phone call ended, I again could not reach anyone to find out if my car was ready. It was another horrible experience. I wish there was another dealership in San Diego that I could go to, but I am stuck going here year after year. It seems to be getting worse. At least they used to provide a loaner vehicle. Why do you schedule service appointments if you’re so overbooked that you can’t get the work done in a timely manner? Fix your scheduling. More
Loaner car service needs improvement Car service (Recall rear tire well trim and oil change) was timely and fine. Had first appointment in the morning and no loaner cars available. I was the first one to arrive at the service center. Lost my whole day of plans by not having any transportation for the day to do my errands,. I was provided a Lyft ride home, but not for the return. That cost me $30 to get back to the Audi Miramar to pick-up my Q5. I was put on the waitlist, but I was number four, yet the first one to walk in when the doors open?! I did get a call that a loaner car was available, but my service manager had already call me 15mins before that, telling me my car was ready. Clearly the service and loaner car process isn’t well coordinated or well run. For a luxury car brand, this was subpar. Audi Miramar needs to do an overhaul on this portion of their service department. This was the first time I’ve experienced this. If loaner cars are this short in demand, constantly now, I will consider using an alternate Audi dealership. Even waiting for the my Lyft ride back home, the lounge refrigerator for water and drinks was empty. No attention to detail. Why wasn’t this restocked at the end of the prior day or first thing before opening the doors? Audi Miramar service department head manager for customer service needs to drastically improve the loaner car process and the lounge servicing. More
