Great sales team We was not in the market for a new car. My son just purchased a Q5 and needed to have a roof rack installed. My wife and I went with him that’s when we met Mario. We saw the e-Tron and test drove it. We fell in love with the car. We really wanted the car so Mario worked his magic and was able to work the deal within our budget. Awesome job. More

Absolutely NOT what would be expected from a luxury dealersh My car was with the shop for 2 weeks due to a part needed to be ordered from Germany?!? Then I go to pick up my car and there is another error light o My car was with the shop for 2 weeks due to a part needed to be ordered from Germany?!? Then I go to pick up my car and there is another error light on. Not sure why I was told to pick it up ? Lest the car for another 2 days. Come back to pick it up, start transferring my car seats back into my car and notice a large ding in my rear door. My car is black so I know every ding on my car well ( there were 3 total) my adviser is called out and he waves it off and says it’s not a big deal . Wow 😮 he then proceeds to walk around my car and inspect and say well you have lots anyways so it really dose not matter. I had 3 and now have 4 . Really?!? Then nonchalantly says we can take care of it next time you are in. I get in my car in shock. Start it up and what do you know, error light is still on! I’m livid at this point. Why would someone not drive the car before you call me to say it’s ready?!?! I tell the advisor I have to pick my special needs toddler up for therapy and I’m in a hurry . He tells me to wait 5 min will he takes it back to the shop. I wait 30 min and now it finally done. So total waste of and hour waiting to pick up my car. So so disappointed and angry at this service department. More
