Reliable team at Audi dealer I got my car maintenance service done at Audi dealership as scheduled. As usual, my service consultant, Damien, greeted me & went over the service & I got my car maintenance service done at Audi dealership as scheduled. As usual, my service consultant, Damien, greeted me & went over the service & recalls on my car. He arranged a loaner car for me to use while my car was getting serviced. Damien & Paul(technician) earned my trust to take care of my car over the past few years, so I always request for them for reliable service & for peace of mind that my car is in good hands. The work was completed earlier than promised which I liked, & got my car back in good shape. I also got a video clip from Paul, the technician/mechanic what type of work was performed on my vehicle & service overview. Thanks Damien & Paul! More

There was never a “wait list” or “maybe” re. A loaner. I think we should have stayed with Lexus to receive top quality customer service. More
