Friendly, clean, great service and quick I brought my car in for 65k maintenance and I showed up early. They came out and took me 40 minutes before appointment. They showed me around and gave me all info for WiFi and even escorted me to the waiting lounge. They have a great variety of snacks and drinks while you wait. They have me the estimate price and time of completion before leaving. Manny was great and kept me in the loop the entire time I waited on vehicle. Service was done early and car was washed. Manny checked me out and gave me the rundown of completed services. Then walked me to car. If was a great experience. More

No loaner car I reserved a loaner and it was not there when I went to drop off my car. I'd waited 10 days to make sure there would be a car while my audi leaked oil I reserved a loaner and it was not there when I went to drop off my car. Also the gal who handles the loaners was not really friendly. The overall service was not what i've grown to expect from audi. I was told there was a change in service manager, but not really a good excuse is it. More
