By the time Marietta felt like reaching out to me, I was almost already done buying the car w/TJ lol. There can be a major difference between salespeople and the level of service that they offer. TJ was the best, I literally drove 62 miles (one way) to get to this dealership and I would have driven double that for the level of expertise and service that I received from everyone there. Any concerns I have about my car are always addressed and taken seriously and while I'm waiting, I get updates regularly about information found or the wait time. I always feel that my best interest is the priority and never feel like I'm sold services I don't need. It's always super easy to make an appointment and my wait times are usually close to the estimated time given. The facility is always bright & clean.
