First, the buying experience with Steve Bouchard was wonderful. I never felt pressured or pushed into something I didn't want. Steve followed through with everything he said he would during the transaction. Also, following the purchase, I had an issue with the vehicle that needed to be serviced. Shane in the Service department was always very professional, friendly, and thorough in his communication and expectation of timing. They even washed my car for me which was the icing on the cake : ) My customer service expectations are pretty high and I can comfortably say that the people that helped me in my transactions met or exceeded my expectations.
