Herb Chambers did it wrong. Stratham did it right I came in having an awful experience at a herb chambers dealer where the post sales support was dismal. MA doesn’t have temporary plates so they charge you $165 to register the car and then it took two weeks to get my car and when I explained I didn’t care for it within the first month they had minimal sympathy at best. So I decided to trade the car in and Audi Stratham gave me close what I paid and Crispen worked really hard to get me an RS model from another dealer with a good discount (RS model considered). If my next car is an Audi I’m definitely going here again. If you’re a car guy Crispen is THE guy. When I went to pick up the car he was removing the water marks from the car wash. He also has great advice for car care. More

On 2 occasions the salesperson played the game of going in to get his business card and then coming out with the sales manager. Hard to believe that some dealerships still play those games. Fortunately we did not experience that kind of pressure with Audi Stratham. We are hopeful that we will be happy with our new vehicle and with the future service we receive from Audi Stratham.
