I have coverage with AudiCare, an extended warranty program. The recommended services are literally never covered when I have my car serviced. Not once has anything been covered under my warranty. Simp program. The recommended services are literally never covered when I have my car serviced. Not once has anything been covered under my warranty. Simple things such as tire rotations are not included with an oil change. Instead, I’m asked to pay $130 for something as basic as a tire rotation. I do not recommend. More

Brought car in for paint protection package I purchased when buying the car. The next day after the car wax had time to dry the entire driver side had huge white swirl marks where they didn’t buff the wax when buying the car. The next day after the car wax had time to dry the entire driver side had huge white swirl marks where they didn’t buff the wax properly. There were other areas like this but the driver side was the worst and wasn’t a small area they missed. I would have brought it back to make them fix it but the dealership is almost 2 hours away from me so that’s pretty inconvenient. More
