This was my first time doing business with Audi Stuart and also my first time I purchased a car online. Salesman Elijah and sales manager Jason gave me an excellent customer service. However, I didn’t l and also my first time I purchased a car online. Salesman Elijah and sales manager Jason gave me an excellent customer service. However, I didn’t like to work with their finance department especially Shellie. She’s not very responsive and hard to get in touch when I had questions and did not respond to some of my important emails. The transport company they used to transport my car was even worse. They were late, but no communication and rude. When I called to check on the status. Please ask them not to use Taurus Auto Group to transport you car. More
