Andy, my technician always does a great job getting my car service. He always makes sure that I have a rental to take home. It is bad enough that every time I get service you want to charge me $370+ to put an $5 additive in the gas to clean injectors. After replacing two tires, the car must go right back in the shop because no to charge me $370+ to put an $5 additive in the gas to clean injectors. After replacing two tires, the car must go right back in the shop because no one checked alignment. It pulls hard to one side. This shouldn’t happen, ever. It may not be a difficult fix, but if I were billing you for my time, you might just get it done right. More
