My tires had been recalled, but I had already replaced one. I called on Tuesday, they had the ones I wanted in stock, and they said I could bring it in Saturday. So I did. I asked to replace all 4 tires, one. I called on Tuesday, they had the ones I wanted in stock, and they said I could bring it in Saturday. So I did. I asked to replace all 4 tires, but there was one that was not recalled and I wanted it back. No problem, we can do that. I knew I would pay for the extra tire and was okay with that. Then they told me it would not be ready until Tuesday at the earliest. I was not expecting that, but they gave me a loaner car. Tuesday comes, my car isn’t ready. They were changing 4 tires and putting one in the trunk. Friday…not ready until after 5:30. I went Saturday afternoon, paid my $375 for the 4th tire, and opened the trunk. No extra tire coming back. Service guy had no idea. It is now 3 weeks later and they still haven’t returned my tire (don’t expect them to now) or refunded me anything. They are now not responding to my contacts. I will not use Audi Stuart again for anything. More
