My sales person was knowledgeable, friendly, and low pressure. The purchase experience was relatively fast and painless. However, a component of the car (which is new) did not function properly. The def pressure. The purchase experience was relatively fast and painless. However, a component of the car (which is new) did not function properly. The defect was discovered after the transaction was complete, and after the service department closed for the day. I needed to return the car for repair service (a 2.5 hour round trip), get a loaner care, and now I am waiting for my car to be fully functional. I find it hard assign responsibility for the problem. Things happen. But when I buy a new Audi, it seems reasonable to expect it be completely operational, rather than requiring a return for service within a week. Maybe this is a minor annoyance, but an annoyance nonetheless--a bit of a buzz kill. More
