Outstanding experience! I bought an Audi virtually without test driving the car. The process for me took a couple weeks because I needed to be sure the car was right. I worked with Kyle, a brand specialist, the entire time. He was responsive, knowledgeable, provided great videos of the car along with FaceTime calls. He didn’t push the sale and was helpful in getting me a good final price. No games—very straightforward and transparent negotiation process. The car shipped as planned and arrived in immaculate condition. For a 3+ year old pre-owned car—it looks like new! Finally, after the sale Kyle has been supportive and helpful with teaching me about the car technology and getting it set up for my specific needs. I would highly recommend Audi Stuart!! More
