Overall the experience was good, but it took twice as long as they said it would. We asked if a courtesy vehicle would be available and they said it was not because it would take less than an hour. So you have to go without your car for an entire day or sit at the dealership, not great options. Disappointing customer service, especially for a new car still under warranty. More

Took my car in for regular services and needed two tires replaced.which coupons I had were applied. Customer service was excellent and kept me informed of the progress the entire time..
