Matt, we are sorry for your inconveniences but we’ve serviced your car several times at Audi West Houston since your car engine was flooded in April 2013. This repair was made almost 2 years ago and your car has been driven 22,000 miles. You’ve since moved out of state and requested Audi of America or Audi West Houston pay you $4,231.49 for damages you claim were poor workmanship over 20 months ago. Your insurance company paid for a used engine. Unfortunately the warranty for a used engine is 12 months 12,000 miles.
