I have owned my Q3 now for 3 years and have been serviing it at the deatership. Upon the purchase I took a 4 year service plan. Best thing I could have done. I can't say enough about the service given t it at the deatership. Upon the purchase I took a 4 year service plan. Best thing I could have done. I can't say enough about the service given to me by Ryan who really goes out of his way to get me in and out. I have never had an issue, in fact to my surprise my battery went dead when I arrived at the dealership for my 3 year service. Had to wait a bit longer than usual because of the battery but when it came time to pay for the battery I was told "no charge". Again Ryan is the BEST and I appreciate all the he does for me when I come in. Also the Audi Road Service is exceptional as I have used it twice - once for a flat tire off if I-95 and the second to get a boost at home as the battery was drained (my bad on this). Both times arrived in under 45 minutes. More
