I can't find enough superlatives to describe the experience I had in the service department. I was there to have a maintenance light re-set which could only be done with Audi-specific equipment. The work was done quickly. Brian, the service advisor, was articulate, informative, and personable. Brian offered the opportunity to have my vehicle washed before leaving the service department.
