I have been a customer at Audi Wyoming Valley for many years . They are great to deal with and when I need service , they pickup the car and deliver each with everything done and checked to insure no car years . Salesman was not familiar with car I purchased and unfortunately did not have accessory/option that I was lead to believe was in car...in fact I would of upgraded to an S5 (bought A5 Sportback) had I unfortunately did not have accessory/option that I was lead to believe was in car...in fact I would of upgraded to an S5 (bought A5 Sportback) had I known option not included...was very sad after purchase instead of being happy. First time I went, they created another problem then what I originally came in for and when I went back to get it resolved, they said they had nothing to do with it and then charge me double than what I was I originally came in for and when I went back to get it resolved, they said they had nothing to do with it and then charge me double than what I was charged for the first diagnostic. And when it was asked why I got charged double the guy got very shaky and played with his wedding ring as if he was nervous and said it’s because my car was a 2013 and not a new car That’s why I got charged $400. They said my wires were all corroded because of a leak in my sunroof and when I got my car looked at by another mechanic there was absolutely no problems with what they said. Nothing was wrong with my wires, and there was no sunroof leak. I think they tried to pull a fast one over because I am a 20 year-old female. More
