Nice greeting upon leaving my vehicle. However, vehicle was left two days for service and Brian did not acknowledge us. He was on the phone the entire time and I had to ask someone to help However, vehicle was left two days for service and Brian did not acknowledge us. He was on the phone the entire time and I had to ask someone to help me. As a courtesy, he could have nicely asked the customer to hold a moment to, at least, ask another advisor to take care of me. Brian didn’t even attempt to make eye contact. The car was returned to me filthy and I had to ask for the car to be washed. Horrible service for an Audi dealership. Audi’s are prestigious vehicles and owners deserve prestigious service. I addressed my concerns with the service manager who offered to clean my car when I am in the area, by the way I live 55 minutes away. Very disappointed. More

Unexpectedly had issue and got my car towed to the Wyoming Valley Audi. They were great and got to it right away. Took the 1990 Coupe in for an alignment and since this car is in mint condition and never been stored outside, Brian already knew the car and told me not to worry, the car will only be stored indoors.
