Horrible communication and service. I inquired about a vehicle, made an offer and got the robot text to confirm receipt. 24 hrs, no response to my offer whether accepted or declined. I reached out and was told they’ll get to it soon. 48 hours, still no response. Reached out again and was told the same thing. It’s now day 5 and I’ve reached out daily only to be told they will get to me soon. How long does it take to look a submitted number and respond yes or no? Not a good business model. Don’t waste your time trying to to get a good service or communication experience. How you do somethings is how you do all things. More

Within days, we encountered significant system alarms and were informed that the gateway (computer system) required replacement. The following day, we had a frightening situation when the tire failed and ultimately detached from the vehicle while we were driving. Danielle immediately stepped in and truly distinguished herself. I was extremely shaken, and she responded with a calm, steady and compassionate demeanor. She remained in constant communication, reassured us and ensured that we felt supported and safe throughout the entire experience. When towing delays occurred, Danielle personally intervened and arranged for CJ to pick us up and bring us up. He was equally kind and professional, and we were very appreciative of his help. CJ showed initiative, and Danielle's willingness to support and trust him reflected strong leadership and teamwork. Over the following days, Danielle continued to provide clear communication, thoughtful support and seamless coordination while our vehicle was being repaired. She went above and beyond to minimize disruption and ensure everything was handled properly. Danielle’s professionalism, empathy and leadership made a lasting impression. I bought a Porsche and have yet to get the documentation to insure and register the vehicle and no one at the dealership is able to tell me when that will happen. I've been ghosted by everyone in the organi to insure and register the vehicle and no one at the dealership is able to tell me when that will happen. I've been ghosted by everyone in the organization that I've emailed, including the GM. No one is paying attention or cares what happens once they have your money in their pockets. It is truly baffling why this dealership operates as some kind of weird bureaucratic organization out of a sci-fi novel like "1984". More

Waiting for ordered car was no issue. Upon contacting salesman, the standard "you must of done it" came out. Once he was reminded we went straight home no way possible and that he had not done a walk around with my wife, as its her car and she is a car person. He then started the oh yes I did. NO HE DIDN'T. Bottom line I ate $515. for proper repair. Then as we paid our taxes there but got our plate and transfer in Fl we took care of that when notified and were told they over charged us $24. Several days later we start getting text from same salesman telling us to go take care of tag work immediately twice. We had done all. He seemed impossible to convince and that the only remaining issue was them refunding us the money sent back from Fl. Ridiculous customer treatment. More
I brought my son’s car in for him for the airbag recall and since the windshield wipers needed to be replaced, I paid for new wipers but didn’t pay for installation because it was expensive. I also asked if they could run a code to see why the tire light was in and they said it would be over a hundred dollars so I said never mind. I was happy about the wait time which was about as long as they told me it would take. The car now seems worse off than before I brought it in. I did call to tell the service department that a few things “coincidentally” don’t work like they did before and they said that there is nothing they did to make those other things go wrong. I really think that the trunk was left open and I drove it home in the rain not realizing this. I will say that the ladies at the checkout were very nice and couldn’t believe that they charged so much to install windshield wipers. As a matter of fact, they must’ve said something to a gentleman who came out as I was leaving and told me that he would put the wipers on for free. My son’s car check engine light is now on, the sunroof works intermittently. The check tire light mysteriously went out. Cannot tell your how frustrating it is. More
I went into the store with their stated specials on their wedsite. They kept me there for hours. They kept saying they dident have any cars there which qualifying for their sale. They kept me there and I was getting tired and confused. I ended up getting a lessor car at 140 % of tte monthly car note and with a smaller motor. I was upset and went back and ask them to give me my old car back and take theirs back. They said no way. When you are in the 70 + age group you cannot keep up. I just wanted to go home. I went back two days later an i wated to talk to the manager and they were looking for him i was there two hours again but they couldn't find him. He was going to call me but he did not. This management is preditory. A complete lach of integrety if you going shop here bring your lawyer. Rick Cohan More

HORRIBLE Customer Service! If I could give this dealership zeros stars I would, but since that is not an option I will settle for 1 star. My husband and I visited this dealership last Saturday because we were interested in purchasing a Q7. After walking around the dealership for 20 minutes and not receiving any sort of acknowledgment we decided to leave. I think the worse part was that there was two sales reps looking as us as we were looking at the vehicles and we were not approached once. Apparently, we didn't look like we were serious buyers so the sales reps didn't think that we were worth their time. My husband and I decided that we would never do business with this dealership. Looks like we will be dealing with the Audi dealership in Baton Rouge moving forward. More
