When we found it necessary to purchase a different vehicle some years later due to hail damage totaling our truck, we went straight to Auffenberg to make that purchase. We were not disappointed. Great sales and service brought us back again a few years later when an accident totaled our Sonata. They took very good care of us, even delivering the new vehicle to our home since I was unable to drive at the time. Now that is service above and beyond! So of course, now that we were ready to move to a different style of vehicle (an SUV), we went back to Auffenberg. We were again treated with great respect, greeted with a big smile, offered information as requested about the vehicle we wanted to investigate purchasing, and then left to make our decision at our own discretion. No pressure, just answers to any questions we had. And of course, we love the new vehicle we purchased. More
